What factual inaccuracies?  The cost?

Paul - July 25, 2008

Hi, Paul.

Cost, both in regard to the cost of the system, and how it affects insurance rates.

I’m working on the details of a rebuttal, I’m just not sure yet in what form it will be delivered...either here at MLR, or in a more formal rebuttal via industry leadership.

Jeff, I for one am interested in seeing real numbers as to the construction costs increase we’ll experience, but even at $1.50 per square foot we’re talking about an average increase of a few thousand dollars per home.  I also found it interesting that they stated that ‘most new homes are built in rural areas.’ I wonder where that data came from.
