Even More Validation
The Office Of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight released its housing price index for the second quarter.

Good news point number one:
The rate of housing price declines around the country has slowed, indicating a recovery is eminent.

Good news point number two:
Oklahoma didn't do too shabby in the rankings.
