The
Tulsa HBA kicks off
their annual Parade Of Homes today with a record 196 homes entered, a questionable time to be ramping up inventory levels. COHBA's 2008 Oklahoma City Metro Parade Of Homes will run September 13-21, and is down about 12 houses from last year's level.
Note To Rayzer, who commented on the story at the Tulsa World: State home values are still verifiably
increasing, and Tulsa actually did
better than OKC last quarter in appreciation.
