The Office of Federal Housing Enteprise Oversight just released its first-quarter Home Price Index report. Oklahoma is now ranked 9th in home value gains, and is reported to have an average price increase of 4.0% for the year, and .27% for the first quarter of 2008.

Oklahoma City ranked 105 among the MSAs with one-year gains of 2.54% and a first quarter drop in value of .34%.

Not as good as I'd hoped, not as bad as it could have been, and certainly better than most.
